About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take on the role of Clinical Director at one of our small animal practices in the stunning Aberdeenshire area. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our clinical teams across three practice sites, ensuring the highest standards of client and clinical care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong leadership background, with experience in managing clinical teams and driving business growth. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional client care and have a proven track record of achieving business objectives. You will also be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
