Role Overview

Our Cloud Transformation Advisory Services enable clients to revolutionize their operations and unlock the full potential of cloud technology. We deliver value-driven cloud advisory services with industry-specific expertise. Our extensive skills in cloud strategy, orchestration, operational frameworks, and cloud economics, supported by global resources, guide clients on their cloud journey and drive business outcomes. This role is pivotal within the Cloud Transformation unit, contributing to strategic proposals, fostering client engagement, securing new business opportunities, and mentoring a high-performing team to support the growth of our consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will significantly impact society, businesses, and individuals, providing a rewarding and diverse experience. You will engage in various projects, gaining substantial experience in a short timeframe. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on the implications of cloud transformation, assisting them in developing and implementing new digitally enabled business models that leverage cloud operational frameworks.
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations of existing cloud operational models to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and maturity of cloud operational model transformations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
  • Delivering digitally enabled business outcomes through your expertise in strategy development, service management, agile delivery, DevOps, business process mapping, and organizational design.
  • Collaborating and communicating with all organizational levels to innovate, design, and implement cloud transformations.
  • Bringing a keen awareness of market trends and challenges facing our clients to facilitate sustainable organizational transformations.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of a premier consulting practice, including enhancing our market offerings, knowledge base, and overall strategic objectives.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess experience in transforming businesses through technology and redefining client operations. You should be comfortable in a technology-driven environment and demonstrate proven skills in the following areas:

  • Experience managing operational model transformations while effectively engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering business outcomes through consulting expertise to develop cloud operational models using agile and lean principles.
  • Understanding the necessary changes in operations, architecture, and organizational design for successful cloud operations.
  • Practical experience with ITILv4 best practices and frameworks, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Desk operations.
  • An ITILv4 Foundation or higher-level certification is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements to ensure secure cloud environments that adhere to industry standards.
  • Experience in implementing platform-based operational models and designing organizational structures that enhance cloud value.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in developing and executing tailored client engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Evidence of successfully delivering and leading advisory engagements, driving positive outcomes, and creating opportunities for follow-on work.
  • Experience in leading and supporting sales efforts, shaping deal structures and engagement terms.
  • Evidence of managing teams, including multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments.
