Revenue and Benefits Manager

At Daniel Owen Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenues and Benefits Systems Support Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to colleagues across the Revenues and Benefits service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on all legislation relevant to the accurate administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax, and Business Rates.
- Manage the Revenues and Benefits year-end reconciliation and annual billing process, ensuring rigorous monitoring of third-party contract performance.
- Update the Business Rates Support and Development Manager on all system-related issues pertaining to Housing Benefit, Council Tax, and Business Rates performance.
- Develop and implement regular reporting and performance reviews to ensure the effective use of Capita One Revenues and Benefits and NEC Document Management systems.
- Collaborate with the Business Rates Support and Development Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Revenues and Benefits services.
