Monday - Friday - 8.30/9am - 5.00/5.30pm + 1 day of remote work after training.

Our client, a distinguished independent organization celebrated for their innovative and practical publications, is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented individual to enhance their Marketing Team and develop your professional skills.

As a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in promoting their portfolio and boosting sales.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with authors, reviewers, influencers, journalists, and bloggers.
2. Secure and optimize media coverage and reviews across relevant print and digital platforms.
3. Effectively manage and utilize our PR database.
4. Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Demonstrate familiarity with design software such as InDesign and Photoshop, or possess the willingness to learn.
6. Assist in organizing and promoting author events.
7. Maintain exceptional attention to detail.
8. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and contribute to the evolution of future Public Relations strategies.
9. Collaborate with fellow Marketing team members to exchange ideas and plans.

Requirements:

While prior experience as a publicist is advantageous, candidates with strong communication skills and a desire to learn on the job will also be considered.
An interest in marketing and publishing is essential.
