Are you equipped with exceptional client service abilities, whether in an office or retail environment? We are currently on the lookout for a Client Relations Administrator to become a vital part of our team on a permanent basis.
This position necessitates a harmonious blend of robust administrative capabilities and outstanding customer interaction skills.The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring exemplary communication with clients, both in written form and over the phone, within a small, supportive team, collaborating closely with a Client Relations Manager.
Comprehensive training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties (70%): Overseeing the processing of repairs through all phases utilizing the Repair Management System.
This includes scheduling repairs, generating and dispatching estimates to clients, managing completed repairs, and handling invoicing for finalized repairs.
Customer Interaction (30%): Assisting clients with their inquiries and conducting follow-up calls to resolve issues and provide updates on order statuses.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinating repair bookings, crafting and sending estimates, managing repairs, invoicing completed jobs, and placing strap orders. (Training provided)
Accurately documenting data entries on the system to reflect client requests and our recommendations.
Maintain product knowledge and confidently relay this information to clients.
Handle incoming calls from clients.
Follow up on all client requests within the agreed timeframe.
Take ownership of client cases, ensuring thorough and precise communication is recorded on the Repair Management System.
Understand and advocate for our company values.Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the Client Relations Manager.
Participate in shared manual and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, including proficiency in client service skills and resolving inquiries.
Retail or Client Service experience.
Excellent client interaction skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality service both in writing and verbally.
Strong attention to detail when managing repairs and invoices.
Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
