We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our income management team as an Income Officer. Key Responsibilities- Manage a patch of around 1000 homes, taking the time to develop relationships with customers and provide guidance on benefits and income maximisation.
- Provide advice and support to customers having difficulties with rent payments, with a focus on tenancy sustainment.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to come up with solutions and deliver the best customer experience possible.
- Have a positive attitude and be a consistent, engaged team player, proactive and able to prioritise your workload.
- Have a willingness to find a solution for customers' individual needs, including effectively negotiating repayment arrangements.
- Have good IT skills, attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic.
