Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Administrator to join our busy sales office in Bromsgrove. As the first point of contact for incoming calls, you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and problem-solving, while also providing exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the sales team in handling sales and after-sales processes, providing regular updates to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless processes.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner and experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
