Key Responsibilities

  • Interface closely with key customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Build relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Help customers develop sustainability strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all customer-facing issues related to cleaning and train presentation.
  • Develop and implement a program of customer and supplier audits to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  • Liaise and interact with other Alstom departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively to develop a customer experience strategy that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Manage the cleaning service provider on a daily basis, monitoring performance KPIs and ensuring that standards are met.
  • Support monthly contract reviews with the cleaning service provider.
  • Collaborate with fleet engineering to ensure maximum reliability of onboard equipment.
  • Work with customers to ensure effective defect reporting and resolution.
  • Build close partnerships with train operators and customers through regular performance reviews and feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints related to train presentation.
  • Ensure that ad hoc out-stabled trains, blockades, and changes to train schedules are handled appropriately.
  • Seek out best practices and innovations in the market to improve our services.
