About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Alstom's Train Presentation team as a key member responsible for ensuring that trains meet our customers' contractual requirements while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface closely with key customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Build relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Help customers develop sustainability strategies that align with their business goals.
- Act as the single point of contact for all customer-facing issues related to cleaning and train presentation.
- Develop and implement a program of customer and supplier audits to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Liaise and interact with other Alstom departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively to develop a customer experience strategy that meets the needs of our customers.
- Manage the cleaning service provider on a daily basis, monitoring performance KPIs and ensuring that standards are met.
- Support monthly contract reviews with the cleaning service provider.
- Collaborate with fleet engineering to ensure maximum reliability of onboard equipment.
- Work with customers to ensure effective defect reporting and resolution.
- Build close partnerships with train operators and customers through regular performance reviews and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints related to train presentation.
- Ensure that ad hoc out-stabled trains, blockades, and changes to train schedules are handled appropriately.
- Seek out best practices and innovations in the market to improve our services.
About You

- Customer experience in the railway industry or similar.
- Experience managing contractor relationships and KPIs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
