POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to oversee the Family Service program at Social Interest Group.
This pioneering initiative at HMP Altcourse integrates innovative support mechanisms for incarcerated men, tailored family counseling, and practical assistance for families visiting their loved ones.
In this influential role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of services provided, ensuring a holistic approach to family engagement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Family Service program, ensuring effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement creative interventions that address the unique needs of families.
- Foster partnerships with community organizations to expand support networks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for family support, and a commitment to innovative service delivery. Experience in social services or a related field is essential.
