About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing proactive and flexible People support that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and absence management best practices.
  • Guide and coach managers on policies and procedures across people management.
  • Interpret key People data to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Support recognition, reward, and benefits programs to foster a positive and engaged work environment.
  • Assist managers in developing high-performing teams and improving overall business outcomes.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Experience advising and coaching line managers on People-related matters.
  • A track record of managing employee relations (ER) cases and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, using initiative and managing your own diary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
