Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join a reputable Social Housing Contractor known for its commitment to quality service and exceptional employee satisfaction.
About the Company: Our client is a well-established entity in the social housing sector, recognized for its strong reputation and a robust pipeline of projects.
Role Summary: The successful candidate will take on the role of a Tenant Liaison Officer on a temporary basis, focusing on a Solar PV installation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with local housing associations to foster productive relationships.
- Conduct pre-entry assessments of tenant residences, including capturing photographic and video documentation of areas that may be impacted by roofing activities.
- Provide tenants with estimated timelines for project commencement and completion.
- Address tenant claims and compensation requests promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant service providers, including utilities and telecommunications.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Resident Liaison Officer.
- A valid driving license and access to personal transportation.
- Possession of a current CSCS Card is preferred.
