Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join our team at TurnerFox Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure projects team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key individuals, groups, and organisations relevant to infrastructure projects.
- Communication Planning: Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, assessing their interests, concerns, and influence on the projects.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Organise community events, public consultations, and information sessions to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Project Support: Work closely with project teams to address and resolve stakeholder issues promptly.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on stakeholder sentiment and feedback to project managers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably within the context of infrastructure projects.
- Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of community dynamics, public relations, and environmental regulations.
- Project Management Skills: Project management skills and attention to detail.
