Stakeholder Engagement Role

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key individuals, groups, and organizations relevant to infrastructure projects.
* Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, assessing their interests, concerns, and influence on the projects.
* Create clear and effective communication plans to disseminate project updates, milestones, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Organize community events, public consultations, and information sessions to gather feedback and address concerns.
* Work closely with project teams to address and resolve stakeholder issues promptly.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure alignment with community needs and expectations.
* Provide regular updates on stakeholder sentiment and feedback to project managers.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of stakeholder engagement activities.

Requirements
------------

* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably within the context of infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of community dynamics, public relations, and environmental regulations.
* Project management skills and attention to detail.
