The Athenaeum Club is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our esteemed Food & Beverage team.

This position presents a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious establishment known for its rich history and exceptional service.

Founded in 1824, The Athenaeum Club is a renowned private members' club that boasts one of the finest drawing rooms in London and an impressive library.

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest service. Your ability to communicate effectively and your genuine care for our members and guests will be essential. A proactive mindset aimed at continuous improvement is crucial, along with a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional service standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, focusing on training and developing team members.
  • Foster a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic team atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to lead, manage, and nurture a team.
  • Bring previous experience from a restaurant, 4/5-star hotel, or members' club.
  • Exhibit excellent command of the English language.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming standards.
  • Utilize proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

This role primarily operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required.

Contract Details: 40 hours per week, 5 days.
