Marketing Manager

Lipton Media is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the planning, organisation, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across a mix of integrated solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional marketing campaigns, on time and within budget, and will have the opportunity to mentor and support more junior marketing executives within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement cross-channel digital marketing campaigns to enhance the online presence of the business
  2. Assist with the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials relating to the portfolio
  3. Write and proof copy for a range of marketing platforms and materials, including websites, social media, emails, and brochures
  4. Utilise digital channels and technologies to improve the online presence of the business
  5. Support and mentor more junior members of the marketing team
  6. Continuously analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns to improve performance

Requirements:

  1. 3 years of event marketing experience, preferably in exhibitions
  2. Fluency in either French, German, Italian, or Dutch
  3. Solid understanding of the digital media landscape
  4. Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently
  5. Strong experience in areas including insight development and audience segmentation
  6. Literate and numerate with exemplary verbal and written English
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
  8. Experience using a CRM system such as Pardot or Salesforce
  9. Experience using a website CMS
  10. In-depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics
  11. Excellent ability to strategically interpret data trends and gaps, providing analysis and recommendations

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
