Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to help plan, organise and execute innovative marketing campaigns primarily across a mix of integrated solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of exceptional marketing campaigns, delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Campaign Planning

Develop and execute cross-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and engagement.

  1. Marketing Materials Development

Assist with the design, production and distribution of all promotional materials relating to our portfolio, including websites, social media, emails, and brochures.

  1. Content Creation

Write and proof copy for a range of marketing platforms and materials, including websites, social media, emails, and brochures.

  1. Digital Channel Management

Use digital channels and technologies to enhance the online presence of our business.

  1. Team Support

Support and mentor more junior members of the marketing team.

  1. Campaign Analysis

Continuously analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns to improve performance.

Requirements

  1. Event Marketing Experience

3 years of experience in event marketing, with a focus on exhibitions.

  1. Language Skills

Fluent in either French, German, Italian or Dutch.

  1. Digital Media Knowledge

Solid understanding of the digital media landscape.

  1. Technical Skills

Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently.

  1. Marketing Expertise

Strong experience in areas including insight development and audience segmentation.

  1. Communication Skills

Literate and numerate with exemplary verbal and written English.

  1. Software Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.

  1. CMS Experience

Experience using a website CMS.

  1. CRM Experience

Experience using a CRM system such as Pardot or Salesforce.

  1. Marketing Metrics

In-depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics.

  1. Data Analysis

Excellent ability to strategically interpret data trends and gaps, providing analysis and recommendations.

What We Offer

£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
