About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at Waddesdon Manor. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our hotel, pub, and estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and increase bookings for our hotel and pub.
  • Collaborate with our sustainability team to promote our eco-friendly initiatives and reduce our environmental impact.
  • Manage and maintain our website, social media, and email marketing channels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with our hotel and pub teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase customer engagement.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of our social media strategy, including content creation and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain our marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with our communications team to develop and implement internal and external communications strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Proven track record of success in driving website traffic and increasing bookings through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret website analytics and inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
