Position Overview

Automation Solutions Engineer - (proficiency in UiPath required)

Arcus Search is in search of a talented Automation Solutions Engineer to become a vital part of our client's team in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in comprehending user needs, crafting, configuring, and deploying innovative technological solutions utilizing RPA and various other toolsets.

This position necessitates effective collaboration with Business Analysts, fellow developers, and a range of stakeholders to design, construct, test, and execute process automation that aligns with organizational objectives and strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend user needs and develop/configure and deploy technological solutions
  • Design, construct, test, and execute process automation utilizing RPA and other toolsets
  • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and fellow developers to grasp business requirements and contribute to the technical design of RPA solutions
  • Engage with various stakeholders across Technology and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Deliver RPA project outputs throughout the automation lifecycle
  • Analyze and resolve intricate business challenges with agility and efficiency, developing technological solutions
  • Ensure RPA priorities are in sync with overarching strategy and business requirements
  • Create Process Design and Solution Design Support Documentation

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with UiPath, SQL Server/Transact SQL
  • Proficiency in UiPath Re Framework and Load-Work concepts
  • Familiarity with programming, including scripting/coding, web services, and APIs (e.g., .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development)
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
  • Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and bug resolution
  • Understanding the significance of tracking, managing, and documenting all issues to ensure overall project coherence and effective risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to swiftly comprehend how systems and applications across the organization integrate
  • Experience working within a software development team that adheres to Agile methodologies
