Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Retail Fraud Assistant to contribute to the TfW revenue protection strategy. This role involves compiling investigation work packages and providing support for these investigations, including the preparation of prosecution case files as necessary. Additionally, this position will assist in broader revenue protection efforts and engage with both internal and external stakeholders while offering administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing data from scans to identify patterns in digital fraud, aiming to mitigate risks to the organization.
  • Preparing evidence packs from scan data for each offender.
  • Creating and maintaining customized contact templates for each specific workstream.
  • Compiling and updating records that document all interactions with offenders and the current status of each case, ensuring compliance with GDPR.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Highly analytical and numerically adept.

Welsh Language Proficiency

While the ability to communicate in Welsh is advantageous, it is not a requirement for this position.
