You will oversee the front-of-house reception team and the admin team, and your leadership will be crucial to the clinic's success within our company's framework and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the monthly payroll, managing holiday cover, processing overtime, company sick pay, and SSP payments.
  • Overseeing diary schedules and managing practice health and safety.
  • Handling facilities and equipment, including arranging repairs and managing group debt protocols.
  • Participating in the annual pay review and staff cost budget process.
