Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Relationship Manager. As a key member of our PayPoint Retail Services Field Team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth through strategic recommendations and exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined territory of Bristol and surrounding areas.
  3. Effectively plan and prioritize calls using CRM, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  4. Comprehensively prepare for each call, setting SMART objectives to drive retailer business growth and PayPoint penetration.
  5. Visit all leads and opportunities within agreed lead generation SLAs.

Requirements:

  1. High personal conduct, appearance, and role modeling values to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint Retail Services Field Team.
  2. Self-motivated and tenacious individual with a strong work ethic.
  3. Must hold a full valid driving license.
  4. This is a full-time role Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
  5. Base salary + company car or car allowance; £4k OTE is £40 - 45k.
