Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based on this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide installation, training, and excellent early life support to all new retailers in the convenience sector.
  2. Proactively sell PayPoint products into existing businesses within the defined territory of our clients.
  3. Effectively journey plan using CRM, prioritizing calls by opportunity and/or as directed by your line manager.
  4. Comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet during each visit with a view to continually developing retailer business and PayPoint penetration.
  5. Visit all leads and opportunities within agreed lead generation SLAs.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. High personal conduct, appearance, and role modeling values to reflect the professionalism of PayPoint Retail Services Field Team.
  2. Self-motivated.
  3. Tenacious and resilient.
  4. Must hold a full valid driving license.
  5. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  6. Base salary + company car or car allowance; £4k OTE is £40 - 45k.
  7. Valid driving license essential.
