About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Enrolment Support team as an Apprenticeship Support Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for offering apprenticeship training opportunities to existing and prospective learners and clients through inbound and outbound calls across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Enrolment Support Department targets in all aspects of sales and administration, including phone calls to potential learners and clients or business partners.
  • Contribute to the development of strong relationships with internal stakeholders within Lifetime Training.
  • Work towards and achieve individual and team KPIs, such as time spent on the phone and the personal delivery of 95 opportunities per month, with 80% conversion to appointment.
  • Meet a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day and 60 outbound dials.
