Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, including audio and copy typing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner, handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with the organization of appointments, client meetings, and other administrative tasks.
- Work closely with other secretarial colleagues to ensure seamless team coverage and support.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Accurate typing speed and proficiency in data entry.
