Bodyshop Manager Job Description

Meridian Business Support is delighted to be working with a leading independent accident repair group to recruit a Bodyshop Manager in Luton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an on-site team of experts, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff. They must have experience with managing a team and be driven by results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage site resources and costs to optimize capability and profitability
  • Deal with customer issues and manage complaints
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are consistently adhered to
  • Plan workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure, and carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications

The successful candidate would preferably have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
