We are a leading provider of vehicle repair services, working in partnership with insurance companies to deliver high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a skilled Claims and Customer Service Advisor to join our team, providing a first-class experience to our customers through managing inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls, engaging with customers to provide a high-quality service
  • Contacting customers to arrange vehicle bookings and collection, and allocating courtesy cars
  • Loading new claims into the system, following agreed SLAs
  • Working with customers to obtain images to support the vehicle repair process
  • Liaising with bodyshop management to ensure claims are up-to-date and customers are informed
  • Managing and escalating customer dissatisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented role, ideally in claims or contact centre background
  • First-class service mentality, with understanding of customer satisfaction and business requirements
  • Self-motivated, with ability to use initiative to prioritise workload and problem-solve under pressure
  • Positive attitude, flexible, and resilient approach to change
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good computer skills, used to working with MS Office and claims/customer databases
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
