Job Description

Job Title: Staff Nurse - Neuro Rehabilitation Ward

Location: London, UK

Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £34,100-£37,993 (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at London Bridge Hospital. The successful candidate will have a background in neuro and/or spinal rehabilitation experience within an inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex neurological conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Contribute to the development of the ward's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in neuro rehabilitation
Requirements
  • Post-registration nursing experience in spinal and/or neuro rehabilitation
  • NMC registration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team within healthcare
  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
  • BLS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire
  • Able to work flexible shift pattern including weekends and nights
  • Experience working in the private sector
  • Arabic speaking desirable
