We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nursing Associate to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at the Wellington Hospital in London.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a rotational shift pattern of days, nights, and weekends. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing hands-on, person-centred care to patients with complex neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, monitoring, and wound dressing, in collaboration with the registered nursing team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Work effectively as a team player, under appropriate supervision, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, in collaboration with the registered nursing team.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Associate NMC Registration Pin is a must.
  • Completion of Level 5 Nursing Associate Foundation Degree or equivalent.
  • Significant years of hospital experience in a Qualified Nursing Associate role.
  • Exposure to patients from neuro, rehabilitation, medical, or critical care settings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of when to seek advice and refer to a registered care professional.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a polite, friendly, and courteous manner.
