Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, person-centred care to patients with complex neurological conditions
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' conditions and provide wound care and other clinical duties
Requirements
- Nursing Associate NMC Registration Pin
- Completion of Level 5 Nursing Associate Foundation Degree or equivalent
- Significant years of hospital experience in a Qualified Nursing Associate role
- Exposure to patients from neuro, rehabilitation, medical, or critical care settings
