About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Performance & Analytics Client Service team as a Client Service Manager. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide high-level support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement client service plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on performance measurement and attribution.
  • Lead client service reviews and provide insights on service performance and areas for improvement.
  • Manage client activity plans, business development plans, and client onboarding plans.
  • Participate in new business development and coordinate the implementation of new clients.
  • Manage ad-hoc or strategic projects and provide management cover as directed.
  • Represent the Performance & Analytics team at meetings and ensure excellent working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and support.
  • Strong technical expertise in performance measurement and attribution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry trends and developments.
