About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Process invoices, resolve missed payments, update financial records, and supervise staff engaged in similar activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with account managers to establish new customer accounts and customize invoicing according to their specific requirements.
  • Billing System Maintenance: Maintain the billing system, generate invoices, and account statements.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations and investigate any irregularities or enquiries.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce monthly financial and management reports.
  • General Financial Management: Assist in general financial management and analysis, including working closely with Financial Accounting and Controlling.
  • Validation and Data Entry: Carry out and support with validation of information provided by the operations team before invoicing and maintain accurate data input in client billing systems.
  • Customer Queries: Investigate queries raised by internal and external customers and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain good working relationships with all DO & CO Family members, partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience working in an accounting, billing, or accounts receivable department.
  • Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's in accounting, finance, or business management.
  • Skills: Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy; familiarity with financial, accounting, and bookkeeping software; analytical skills; organizational skills; strong financial skills and understanding of financial concepts and business principles; time and process management; accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food, and motivation to deliver exceptional service; well-presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success; meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skills; ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, mentor, and motivate, creating a team spirit.
