Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function, supporting our managers, and maintaining the high standards of DO & CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management
    • Process invoices, resolve missed payments, and update financial records in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Supervise staff engaged in similar activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building
    • Collaborate with account managers to establish new customer accounts and customize invoicing according to their specific requirements.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Generate invoices and account statements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Perform account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or irregularities.
    • Produce monthly financial and management reports, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance
    • Implement process improvements through the use of existing and new technology, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
    • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and policies, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience working in an accounting, billing, or accounts receivable department.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
  • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
  • Familiarity with financial, accounting, and bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with a passion for high-end cuisine and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Well-presented, professional individual with a can-do attitude, a positive outlook, and a strong team spirit.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precise record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
