Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient Accounts Receivable Service, ensuring the recovery of various types of debt and contributing to the overall management and delivery of the service.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Accounts Receivable Service in line with service levels and key performance indicators.
- Take responsibility for the recovery of sundry and leasehold income, including major works debt, care debt, and former tenant arrears.
- Handle referrals and liaise with solicitors for the legal recovery of income.
- Assist Senior Officers in the day-to-day management and delivery of the Accounts Receivable service.
- Experience in Sundry and Leasehold Income Recovery and handling simple to complex enquiries.
- Familiarity with Business World On (UNIT 4 ERP), OHMS (housing management system) is preferred.
- Ability to run performance reports and Business Objects reports is advantageous.
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision and support team members.
- Proficiency in all office applications is essential.
