We are seeking an experienced Uptime & Technical Support Manager to lead our dealer-facing Global Uptime Centres in the UK and ROW. This role will involve leading both customer service and technical support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale support operations, preferably in a technical environment, with a focus on exceeding targets and driving continual service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver industry-leading customer experiences through our dealer network.
- Cultivate a customer-focused environment that prioritizes urgency and empowers customer service and technical support teams to proactively address concerns.
- Take charge of performance metrics and KPIs to drive improvements in service delivery and foster a culture of continual improvement.
