Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will undertake various administrative functions within our Client Services department, including:
- Organizing and managing client policy documentation.
- Communicating with policy providers and clients.
- Processing new business submissions.
- Facilitating annual client review processes.
- Preparing new client information for reporting meetings.
- Utilizing analytics tools and Microsoft Office to present investment performance data (training provided).
- Performing general administrative tasks.
Essential Qualifications
- Preferred: 3 years of administrative experience in the financial sector.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
