Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform various administrative duties within our Client Services department, including:

  • Organizing and assembling client policy information.
  • Communicating with policy providers and clients.
  • Submitting new business applications.
  • Facilitating the annual review process for clients.
  • Processing new client information for reporting meetings.
  • Utilizing Analytics, Prestwood, and Microsoft Office to deliver investment performance overviews (training provided).
  • Handling basic administrative tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 3 years of administrative experience within the financial sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
