About the Role:

We are expanding our Sales division and are in search of a Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with driving new business development within our Venue Search segment.

Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying new business prospects and cultivating robust client relationships to meet sales objectives. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual who is eager to secure new business, establish connections, and think creatively.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing new business relationships, generating, and negotiating new revenue streams to meet an agreed annual target.
  • Presenting BCD Meetings & Events to prospective clients through various communication channels.
  • Effectively managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement new business initiatives.
  • Staying informed about industry trends by attending networking events and keeping up with developments in the sector.
  • Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline.
  • Enjoying the variety that each day brings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales within the events industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK venues.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Additional Information:
