Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, attentive, and professional.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure that every guest has a seamless dining experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to the highest standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service standards and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
