At The May Fair Hotel, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Head Waiter/ Waitress to join our team at the 5-star May Fair Kitchen. As a key member of our service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and creating a memorable dining experience.

About the Role:

  • Support the Floor Manager in directing the service team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and confidently communicate our dining concept to guests.
  • Take accurate orders, noting all allergens, and ensure timely food delivery.
  • Read the needs of tables to understand their service preferences and provide personalized attention.
  • Contribute to the cashing up and closing process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

About You:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Food & Beverage trends and apply your knowledge to enhance our service.
  • Demonstrate strong delegation and leadership skills, guiding your team to achieve excellence.
  • Take ownership of tasks, ensuring high standards are met, and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
