Head Waiter/Waitress Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

The Role

As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and setting the standard for exceptional service
  • Ensuring seamless service delivery, from greeting guests to serving food and beverages
  • Anticipating guests' needs and taking proactive steps to meet their expectations
  • Managing the restaurant floor, including supervising staff and maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve service quality
The Ideal Candidate

  • Is a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
