About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Harrington Starr. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, and email marketing
  • Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, including brand guidelines and messaging
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry and the role of marketing in driving business growth
