This position is within the Procurement Operations team, which is part of the broader Procurement and Supplier Management division under the COO function.

The Procurement Operations Analyst will report directly to the Head of Procurement Operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Procurement and Supplier Management functions. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing procurement operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and driving cost efficiencies. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of procurement principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Process Management: Oversee the complete onboarding process for new suppliers and services, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze procurement data to identify trends and generate reports that inform strategic decision-making. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance procurement strategies and supplier performance.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, including risk teams, accounts payable, suppliers, and the procurement team.
  • Process Improvement: Prioritize continuous enhancement of procurement processes by identifying improvement areas, implementing enhancements, and streamlining operations to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage procurement-related risks by establishing effective control mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Progress towards CIPS qualifications.
