We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to oversee one of our premier portfolios across the nation. This position is a fixed-term contract.

The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality and compliant account management, assisting specific accounts in developing and executing strategic account plans, enhancing customer satisfaction, performance, profitability, and growth associated with the account.
The Client Relationship Manager will be tasked with supporting sector-specific business development to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, adhering to established budgets and service specifications. Additionally, the individual will monitor and report on the quality and financial performance of all services within the account's scope, including innovation in service delivery and financial viability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and communication with the Integral team. Offer support and guidance on any concerning contract matters. Supervise the planned and reactive maintenance for all assets identified within the client's management system, in accordance with an agreed maintenance schedule. Conduct analysis of planned preventive maintenance and asset information to identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings in service delivery, as well as increase baseline growth through additional services. Oversee and manage compliance in the operations of facilities management services for the account. Ensure teams coordinate necessary statutory inspections, both directly and indirectly with the client. Ensure internal audits are performed in accordance with Integral policies. Provide oversight for subcontractor management across the site-wide facilities management operations. Analyze any service failures and ensure robust remedial actions are implemented. Ensure a consistent level of service delivery is maintained in line with contract SLAs and KPIs. Take ownership of the profit and loss for the contract. Ensure contractual performance includes the provision of quarterly financial reports. Oversee project team delivery to ensure timely completion certificates are issued, enabling prompt invoicing. Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure all activities remain within the expected budget. Regularly report to the client on the financial status and details of the contract provision for the account. Ensure timely and accurate submission and payment of financial applications.Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in high-quality account management within a facilities management context. Experience managing large single-site and multi-site portfolios. Significant experience in critical environments and highly process-driven organizations. Demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities and growth within existing accounts. Strong knowledge of current maintenance management requirements and technology-driven solutions. Extensive experience in managing maintenance contracts. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems, and CAFM/CMMS systems. Familiarity with business finance principles. Relevant engineering qualification such as ONC/HNC or equivalent. IOSH/NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.Employee Benefits:
