Staff Nurse - Pre-Assessment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Pre-Assessment team at Euxton Hall Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care and treatment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a clinical nurse specialist. You will be responsible for assessing patients prior to surgery, providing education and support to patients and their families, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients prior to surgery to identify any potential risks or complications
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure they are fully informed and prepared for surgery
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
