Clinical Care Unit Leader
As a pivotal member of our healthcare team, you will take on the role of Clinical Care Unit Leader. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional nursing care and leading a dedicated team.

Position: Unit Manager (RGN, RMN, RNLD) - DAYS
Contract Type: Full time, 42 hours per week on days
Rate: Competitive hourly rate
Care Home Rating: 'Good' by CQC

Role Responsibilities

As a Clinical Care Unit Leader, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Leading your unit's nursing and care teams to ensure the holistic needs of residents are met.
  • Providing strong leadership to uphold and enhance care standards while driving continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing clinical elements and risk management within your unit.
  • Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed promptly.
  • Acting as the Named Nurse for assigned residents, responsible for the oversight and updates of their care profiles.
  • Supervising the management of medication processes within your unit.

Essential qualifications include:

  • The ability to work independently and confidently.
  • Proficient digital skills.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. Management or supervisory experience and/or relevant training or qualifications are also required, making this an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to advance into management.
