As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert care to patients with TTR amyloidosis, coordinate nurse-led clinics, and organize the delivery and administration of specialist treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert care to patients with TTR amyloidosis, including coordination of specialized therapeutics and investigations.
- Act as an advisory service to patients and healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with this disease.
- Coordinate nurse-led clinics and organize the delivery and administration of specialist treatments.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research studies and audits.
- Registered nurse with a strong background in TTR amyloidosis and related diseases.
- Substantial post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or willingness to pursue further education.
