Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Neuro Specialist Nursing team at the Royal Free Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic care and support to patients with epilepsy, coordinating their care pathway, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide key worker support for patients with epilepsy, advocating for their needs and coordinating their care pathway.
- Deliver holistic care and support through counseling, education, and emotional support.
- Coordinate health promotion activities both internally and externally.
- Take a leading role in service improvement and development.

Person Specification- Registered Nurse level 1
- ANP or working towards the qualification
- Teaching and mentoring qualification
- Relevant 1st degree or working towards
- Counselling/advanced communications skills
- Epilepsy experience
- Leadership experience
