As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in connecting people with essential services and guiding them towards a brighter future.
Your Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and effective phone-based support to individuals experiencing homelessness across London.
- Assess individual needs through comprehensive telephone conversations, identifying immediate housing and support options.
- Collaborate with local outreach teams to ensure timely and efficient access to resources for those in need.
- Advocate on behalf of clients, navigating complex systems and securing the support they are entitled to.
- Train and empower volunteers to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the success of StreetLink London.
We seek individuals who possess:
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to social justice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
