Job Title: Training Manager

Anonymous is seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team at the Northwest Area Office. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with the National Support Centre based Sea Cadet Learning Team to ensure the quality assurance, delivery, and content of cadet and adult training programs.

This exciting role will play a crucial part in delivering the 'Cadet experience' and providing high-quality youth development and training opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards, and working effectively with volunteers to achieve our goals.

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar training managerial background within the third sector or commercial, educational, or military experience that is directly transferable to this role. You will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills, as well as the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

A flexible approach to work and working patterns is necessary, and you will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to the nature of the work. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of training programs across the Northwest Area
  • Ensure the quality assurance of training programs
  • Work closely with the National Support Centre based Sea Cadet Learning Team
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our organization
  • Manage volunteers and stakeholders to achieve our goals
