About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate, Associate Director or Divisional Director to join our team as a Quantity Surveying professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of Quantity Surveying consultancy services, from inception to completion, on a variety of projects in commercial, residential, education, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality consultancy services to clients
  • Develop and enhance client relationships to secure repeat business opportunities
  • Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure their professional development
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • RICS chartered status
  • Strong Quantity Surveying consultancy experience at Senior/Associate level
  • NEC experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
